First In the period from 1 April to 30 June 2009 will take place in Silesia military qualification.

Second For military skills in the place and date specified in item 3 calls men: a). born in 1990, b) were born in 1985-1989 who did not have a specific capacity for active military service;
c). born in 1989 and earlier years have been:
- Because of health were considered to be temporarily unable to serve active military service if the period of disability ends before the end of military skills,
- Were considered due to health as fit for active military service and made, under Article 28 ust.4b Act of 21 November 1967. on the universal duty to defend the Republic, applications for change of category of capacity for active military service if they have not transferred to the reserve.

2.1. For the military skills they call upon the women:
a) born between 1981 - 1990 with the qualifications useful for active military service and women receiving their education in order to obtain those qualifications which in the school year or 2008/2009 academic school complete their training in medical and veterinary courses in psychology or being female students or graduates these schools or courses,
b) having agreed the rector of the Maritime College to serve their military activities in the school where the claim and to refer them to the district medical committee.

2.2. To appear for military qualifications are also invited people who are 18 years old and have registered to volunteer for military service if they have a particular capacity for active military service.

Third Military Qualification for the persons mentioned in Section 2 residing permanently or staying temporarily over
3 months in the cities and Zawiercie Poreba, cities and municipalities: Lazy, Pilica, Szczekociny and Ogrodzieniec; communes Irządze, Kroczyce, Włodowice, Żarnowiec will be carried out in Zawiercie - ul. Defenders of Post Office building, 93 in Gdansk Rejonowo Clinic - Specialist No. 6 in the period from 6 April to 15 May 2009, Monday to Friday, from 800 to 1600.

4th Putter to the military qualifications for the first time shows:
a) the mayor or the mayor (mayor), identity card or other document that allows the identification,
b) the district medical committee - the documents concerning health,
c) additions to the military commander - the confirmation of the application for registration, current photograph
3 x 4 cm without any headgear and documents certifying the level of education or science collection.

5th Putter to the military skills once again presents:
a) the mayor or the mayor (mayor), identity card or other document that allows the identification,
b) the district medical committee - medical documentation of changes in health status including results of specialized studies carried out during the last collection,
c) additions to the military commander - military ID card.
6th Notice this is a call for military qualifications for the persons mentioned in Section 2. Not having received a personal letter does not relieve a person subject to military qualifications of responsibility to be present within
and place specified in the notice.

7th A person subject to military skills, which for important reasons not to report for military qualification
within the prescribed time and place, is obliged to notify the mayor or mayor (president of town), appropriate for the place of permanent residence or temporary residence for more than 3 months, no later than the date on which she was obliged to report for military skills, while attaching documents proving the cause of failure to appear. After the reasons default of a qualifying military person should be immediately reported to the appropriate mayor or mayor (president of town), which allow it time and place to report for military skills.

8th Persons subject to military qualifications referred to in Article 26 ust.1c Act of 21 November 1967
on the universal duty to defend the Polish Republic, may satisfy the obligation to report for military skills through an authorized person who presents a medical commission extract from the judgment confirming the incapacity or disability of that person.

9th Persons subject to military skills, which after the commencement of military skills in the area they intend to change their place of permanent or temporary residence for up to three months, put the military qualifications before leaving the previous residence.

10th In the event of failure to appear for the qualification of military people without due cause, the mayor or mayor (president of the city) impose a fine on it in order to compel or orders enforced by the police to bring the military qualifications in accordance with Article 32 paragraph 10 of the Act of 21 November 1967 on the universal duty to defend the Polish Republic (consolidated text. Acts. Laws of 2004. poz.2416 No. 241, as amended. amended).

11th Failure to military skills before the mayor or the mayor (mayor) before the committee or the military commander of the medical additions within a specified time and place, or refusal to submit to medical examination or failure to provide documents that show has been ordered, subject to a fine or imprisonment (Article .224 of the Act cited above).
