COMMUNICATION

Lazy Town Office advises that Article. 5 paragraphs. 1 of the Act to maintain cleanliness and order in communities of 13 September 1996. (Uniform text Journal of Laws of 2005. No. 236, item 2008 with later amendments). Property owners maintain a clean and tidy by:

1) The property features a device for collecting municipal waste and to maintain such equipment in good sanitary condition, order and technical
2) The property features bezodpływowy tank of liquid waste in a backyard or domestic wastewater treatment plant that meets the requirements specified in separate provisions,
3) collecting property generated at a municipal solid waste in accordance with the requirements of the regulations,
4) the disposal of the property in collected municipal waste and liquid waste in a manner consistent with the Act and separate regulations.

In accordance with Article. Paragraph 6. One w / the law, landlords are required to document compliance with the obligation of municipal waste collection and emptying of septic tanks by companies authorized Mayor Łazy to such services, by the production agreement and proof of payment for such services.

In the absence of contracts for municipal waste collection from property owners and emptying of septic tanks and proof of payment for such services from the dignity of Article 10 paragraph. 2 of the Act to maintain cleanliness and order in municipalities may be imposed mandatory fine.

Please be advised that the Town and Municipality Lazy checks will be conducted for compliance w / the duties.
